Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Field Service Technician in Hawaii to install, modify, and repair complex equipment for aviation, ports, borders, and critical infrastructure, with on-site testing and customer interaction.

You will travel domestically and internationally as required, provide on-call support, and coordinate repairs to meet contractual SLAs while maintaining effective communication with customers and teams.

Qualifications

• 2 years direct troubleshooting and field repair experience.
• Excellent communication and strong customer service orientation.
• Willing to travel on short notice.
• Able to pass TSA eQIP background check.

Responsibilities

• Performing installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
• On-site installation and testing to ensure proper working order.
• Isolating start-up malfunctions and taking corrective action.
• Managing resources, schedules, and coordinating repair activities to meet SLAs.
• Working in a 24/7 customer environment with urgent response requirements.
• Updating work orders in CRM systems (Salesforce, Maximo, GURU).
