Job summary

Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service the Reno region, including Lake Tahoe and Hawthorn. You will repair, upgrade and maintain coin and currency equipment, ATMs, software and office products at client sites, coordinating with the branch and other service teams to ensure ongoing success.

The role requires 1+ years in a technical field service, strong electromechanical aptitude, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in technical/field service or similar
• Impeccable integrity and reliability
• Must access highly secured environments; licenses may be required
• Strong electromechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first attitude
• Able to collaborate across teams and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Proficient with iOS, MS Office, and Windows OS

Responsibilities

• Service, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance on electromechanical equipment
• Travel daily to client sites (90%); overnight travel (10%)
• Collaborate with branch staff to meet client needs
• Respond to service requests within contract timelines
• Support on-call duty and extended hours when needed
• Maintain vehicle parts stock and keep the vehicle clean
• Protect company assets including devices and tools
• Perform other duties as required
