Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional service and preserve high standards of maintenance for Canon-supported products.

The role requires traveling to customer sites and performing on-site service with safety and documentation in mind. The candidate must have a high school diploma, be able to travel, and lift up to 50 pounds while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to travel with valid driver’s license and driving record.
• Must obtain security clearances as required by customers.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and be active over 50% of work time.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documented records.
• Provide on-site maintenance and responsive service to customers.
• Maintain all service reports, expense reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines and contribute to branch targets.
