Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver high-quality service and maintain Canon-supported products across locations. You will perform on-site maintenance and collaborate with customers to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires travel, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds while remaining active most of the day. A 120-day introductory period and PDIF training are included.

Qualifications

• Must hold a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of internet environments.
• Ability to travel with valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must obtain security and/or other clearances as required by customers.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide on-site, field, or shop maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines.
• Contribute to branch/district metric targets.
