Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service Canon-supported products across Brooklyn/Queens. The role covers the Brooklyn/Queens areas with Melville Headquarters serving as the base.

You will perform field and on-site maintenance, report trends, and ensure high customer satisfaction while upholding Canon standards. Key requirements include a high school diploma, ability to travel with a valid driver's license, and the physical capability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring adherence to customer policies and COVID-19 protocols.
• Ability to travel and complete required onboarding classes.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stay active >50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive field/shop/on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain all Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
