Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks a Field Service Technician to deliver top-tier service and support for Canon-supported products. On-site coverage includes two hospitals in the Brooklyn/Queens area, focusing on efficient maintenance and customer satisfaction.

You will travel to client sites, complete PDIF onboarding, and maintain service reports while upholding company standards and safety policies. The role offers a structured, full-time on-site schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service experience preferred.
• Comfortable traveling to on-site locations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Must obtain required security clearances as needed.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive field/on-site maintenance as needed.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines and meet branch metrics.
• Support 2 hospitals in Brooklyn/Queens with Canon-supported products.
