Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician I for Southern, NJ. You will be the first on-site contact at customer locations, diagnose issues from logs, and perform basic repairs while documenting work in our service app.

No ATM experience required; comprehensive training is provided. You must reside in the area, hold a high school diploma, have a valid driver’s license, and be prepared for travel and outdoor work in all weather.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to travel and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures when working on ATMs.
• Diagnose problems from ATM error logs and service app data.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs indoors and outdoors.
• Report updates and hours worked, and manage parts inventory.
• Use company app to communicate clearly with customers.
