Qualifications

• 1+ year in a technical role, appliance repair preferred.
• Experience repairing major appliances (refrigeration, cooking, cleaning).
• Able to use diagnostic tools and document findings clearly.
• Valid driver’s license and EPA certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to service LG equipment.
• Diagnose and repair major appliances, TVs, and A/C units.
• Handle inventory and perform administrative tasks.
• Use PPE and company-provided diagnostic tools.
• Accurately process paperwork after each job.
• Pre-screen next-day service calls with necessary information.
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and efficiency metrics.
