Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' locations to diagnose and repair LG equipment (appliances, TVs, A/C).
• Diagnose problems, document findings, and decide on repairs or parts replacement.
• Manage inventory and perform data entry after each job.
• Pre-screen next-day service calls with required information to aid diagnosis.
• Meet or exceed company metrics for customer satisfaction and efficiency.
