Job summary

LG Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to join the Customer Service team in the Baltimore, MD area. You will travel to customer locations to diagnose and repair LG appliances, TVs and air conditioning units, while documenting findings and handling required paperwork.

The role demands safety practices and customer-focused professionalism. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in a technical role, experience with major appliances, and the ability to obtain EPA certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year of technical experience (appliance repair preferred).
• Experience repairing major appliances (refrigeration, cooking, cleaning).
• Experience using tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain EPA certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' locations to repair LG equipment.
• Use PPE, diagnose and repair electronics and home appliances.
• Document findings and complete paperwork.
• Pre-screen next-day service calls with required information.
• Meet or exceed company metrics (customer satisfaction, accuracy, OT).
