Job summary

LG Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician (DMST) to join our Customer Service team in the Greenville, SC metro area.

You will travel to customer locations in the Greenville region and surrounding areas to service LG appliances, TVs and A/C units, delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will diagnose and repair major LG products, use provided tools and PPE, document findings, and handle daily paperwork while meeting performance metrics such as customer satisfaction and

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in a technical role, appliance repair preferred.
• Experience repairing major appliances (refrigeration, cooking, cleaning products).
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and able to troubleshoot and document issues.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers to perform maintenance and repair of LG equipment.
• Use PPE and LG-provided tools safely and effectively.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs on appliances, TVs and A/C units.
• Document findings and complete paperwork after each job.
• Pre-screen next-day service calls with collected information.
• Meet company metrics for customer satisfaction and first-time fix rate.
