Job summary

LG Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to service our home appliances, TVs, and A/C units in the Jacksonville/St. Augustine, FL area.

Responsibilities include traveling to customer locations, diagnosing faults, repairing or replacing parts, and handling daily paperwork. Applicants should have at least 1 year in a technical role, be able to use diagnostic tools, hold a valid driver’s license, and be prepared to meet performance metrics while delivering top-tier customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role (Field Service preferred).
• Experience repairing major appliances (Refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, cleaning products).
• Experience in the use of tools, and diagnostic test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG's equipment.
• Diagnose problems, assess the extent of the problem, document findings, repair or replace parts.
• Immediately and accurately process paperwork and perform data entry after each job.
• Pre-screen next day service calls with necessary information to diagnose issues before arrival.
• Meet or exceed company metrics (customer satisfaction, fix right first time, revisits, parts management, OT%).
