Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of technical experience; field service preferred.
• Experience repairing major appliances (refrigeration, cooking, cleaning products).
• Experience with tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and document issues accurately.

Responsibilities

• Travel offsite to customer locations to maintain and repair LG equipment.
• Use PPE, vehicle and diagnostic tools provided by LG.
• Conduct technical diagnosis and perform specialized repairs on electronics and home appliances.
• Assess problems, decide on repairs or part replacements and document findings.
• Process paperwork and data entry after each job.
• Pre-screen next day service calls with needed information.
• Meet or exceed company metrics like customer satisfaction and first-time fix rate.
