Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician to be the face of our field service team and support customers across the Lubbock, TX region. The role emphasizes diagnosing and repairing high-speed cash-handling equipment, while managing parts and tools and staying current with GLORY equipment changes.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed professional studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Certificates in related fields, i.e. mechanics, electronics, automation, data processing preferred
• The ideal candidate may possess some PC knowledge; however, this position is not IT or help desk focused

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Diagnose system problems and make repairs
• Keep customer apprised of progress during maintenance or a down system
• Complete machine installations and hardware/software upgrades that may require technical assistance
