Job summary

Glory Global seeks a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment across customer sites. You will manage installations, upgrades, and service calls, while keeping customers informed and ensuring safety compliance.

This role requires travel within the territory and a valid driver’s license. The position is Friday–Monday, 7 AM–6 PM, with a strong emphasis on electro-mechanical repair and independent problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Certificates in related fields (e.g., mechanics, electronics, automation) preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of PCs, MS Office, network navigation, and email.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams, logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• 3–5 years of technical field service repair experience preferred.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Position focuses on electro‑mechanical repair rather than IT.
• Ideal candidate may have some PC knowledge but IT/help desk background is not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems and perform repairs.
• Keep customers informed of progress on maintenance or down systems.
• Install machines and implement hardware/software upgrades requiring technical assistance.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and complete EH&S training.
• Report job site accidents promptly.
