Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician to service customers across our installed base. The role focuses on electro-mechanical repair of high-speed cash-handling equipment, with a home base and daily travel to customer sites.

You will diagnose problems, install upgrades, and keep clients informed of progress while upholding safety standards and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Willingness to work 2nd shift with a 10% differential is preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in electro-mechanical repair requiring troubleshooting at component level
• Customer service and communication skills required
• Familiarity with electrical diagrams and schematics required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to customer sites as needed

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Diagnose system problems and make repairs
• Keep customer apprised of progress during maintenance or downtime
• Install machines and manage Engineering Change Notices affecting upgrades
• Adhere to safety guidelines and complete required EH&S training
