Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician to service customers in the Nashville area. The role involves diagnosing and repairing high-speed cash-handling equipment, managing parts and tools, and staying current with GLORY equipment changes.

You will be the face of GLORY at client sites and must travel within the territory as needed. The position requires electro-mechanical repair experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of PCs, network navigation, and email.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing high-speed cash-handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction at client sites.
• Diagnose and repair equipment and system problems.
• Communicate progress to customers during service calls.
• Install machines and apply hardware/software upgrades as needed.
