Job summary

Glory Global Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to service clients across the Fort Worth area. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain high-speed cash-handling equipment, manage parts and tools, and keep customers updated on progress.

The role requires strong electro-mechanical repair skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel within the territory. Excellent communication and safety awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Certificates in related fields (mechanics, electronics, automation, data processing) preferred
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• Position focuses on electro-mechanical repair, not IT/help desk

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Diagnose system problems and perform repairs
• Keep customers informed of progress during maintenance or down systems
• Complete machine installations and hardware/software upgrades as needed
• Adhere to safety guidelines and complete required EH&S training
