Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician in Lubbock, TX. You will troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment, manage parts/tools, and stay updated on GLORY technology. You will travel to customer sites and support installations and upgrades.

The role requires electro-mechanical knowledge, PC skills, and strong customer service. A driver’s license is needed and a field-based work environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed electro-mechanics or electrical engineering studies or equivalent work experience.
• Related certificates (mechanics, electronics, automation, data processing) preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of PCs, email, and network navigation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose system problems and perform repairs.
• Keep customers informed of progress during maintenance or down systems.
• Complete machine installations and hardware/software upgrades as needed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and training requirements.
