Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician to be the face of our field service team. You will troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment, install systems, and liaise with clients to ensure smooth operation at customer sites.

This role requires travel within assigned territory, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional on-call shifts; a valid driver's license and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed studies in electro-mechanics or electrical engineering.
• Certificates in related fields preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• 3–5 years of field service repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose system problems and make repairs.
• Keep customer apprised of progress during maintenance or a down system situation.
• Complete machine installations, Engineering Change Notices affecting upgrades, and Hardware/Software upgrades that may require technical assistance.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and complete required EH&S training; report incidents promptly.
