PennEngineering® is looking for a motivated Haeger PEM Service Technician in Shelby Township, Michigan. In this role, you'll provide technical support for Haeger and PEMserter machines, ensuring exceptional service for customers. Strong communication skills and experience in technical customer service are required, along with a willingness to travel.

The role includes troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with teams to deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 2-5 years’ experience in a technical customer service role, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for Haeger and PEMserter machines.
• Perform service technician duties with minimal supervision.
• Generate documentation on service updates and product availability.
