Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in machine tool service, commissioning, or controls support.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Travel domestically and internationally (50–70%).
Responsibilities
- Lead machine installation, startup, and commissioning at customer sites.
- Perform system diagnostics, mechanical & electrical troubleshooting.
- Interface directly with customer engineering and maintenance teams.
- Provide on-site training and technical support.
- Assist with PLC adjustments, machine parameter setup, and system optimization.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve field issues.
- Travel domestically and occasional international travel (approx. 50–70%).
