PennEngineering in Danboro, PA is seeking a technically minded Technical Support Engineer to serve as a trusted resource for customers, distributors, and engineering reps worldwide.

You will diagnose application issues, provide guidance on PEM products and fastening solutions, and collaborate with Application Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to resolve complex challenges. This role offers opportunities for growth within a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with CAD and reading technical drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on PEM products and fastening solutions via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose customer applications and recommend optimized solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing on failure analysis and documentation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and FAQs.
