Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Field Service technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot our gaming machines at customer sites in the Dover and Harrington region. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure optimal operation of EGMs and ETGs.

The role requires experience with electronics, basic networking, and the ability to travel as needed. A high school diploma is required, with electronics training being a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain gaming licenses as required.
• One year experience in assembly, testing, and repair of electronic gaming devices or six months plus gaming school certificate.
• Basic troubleshooting to isolate and correct problems to an assembly level.
• Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming devices.
• Basic understanding of network communication and troubleshooting.
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly and transport equipment.
• Must read and understand schematics and service manuals.
• Able to read customer issues with supervision as needed.
• Willingness to travel to other facilities within the department.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on electronic gaming devices and related equipment following Gaming Commission standards.
• Ensure proper operation of EGMs and ETGs via tests and settings.
• Navigate Management Terminal to verify EGM status daily.
• Assemble and prepare installation accessories per change orders.
• Complete accurate incident reports and maintenance logs as required.
• Adhere to Field Service standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Review customer issues with management and technical lead as they arise.
