Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and maintain gaming products at customer sites. The role involves troubleshooting, conducting PMs, and managing parts inventory, with travel to client locations as required.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with electronic devices, ability to read schematics, and a customer-focused approach. A valid driver's license and gaming card are often required.

Qualifications

• Experience with assembly, testing, or troubleshooting electronic devices.
• Ability to read schematics or wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with gaming equipment or related electronics preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Move, load, unload, and transport all L&W products to customer sites.
• Install, setup, troubleshoot, configure, and perform PM on EGMs, PTG, ETG, and all utility products.
• Keep and track part inventory.
• Learn and understand L&W gaming products and operation.
• Use Service Max and Zinc to manage tickets and parts.
