Job summary

AGS, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot and maintain gaming equipment across casino locations. If you're technically minded, enjoy hands-on repair, and provide top-notch customer service, this is the role for you.

You will install and upgrade devices, perform preventative maintenance, keep detailed reports, and participate in an on-call rotation. Travel to casinos and adapt to varying environments while following safety and gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.
• Gaming experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel to casinos and work varied shifts.
• Ability to get licensed by NGCB or other jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and service gaming equipment.
• Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS products.
• Complete paperwork and reports accurately and on time.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to internal and external customers.
• Troubleshoot incidents quickly and fix issues.
• Keep track of parts inventory and ordering.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation.
• Follow safety protocols in varied, high-energy environments.
