EarthLink Holdings Corp. in Lexington, KY is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and repair services for business customers. You will support NOC engineers during activations and troubleshooting, handle premise wiring and hardware installations, and climb towers to install or service equipment.

Flexibility for after-hours and on-call shifts is required. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in data/communications, with strong MS Office/Excel skills and

Qualifications

• Ability to present information clearly and prepare neat records.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide installation and repair services to business customers.
• Act as remote hands for NOC engineers during activation and troubleshooting.
• Install, terminate, test and repair Premise wiring per industry standards (TIA-568B).
• Install premise hardware including data cabinets, racks, UPS and PDU.
• Install network hardware (switches, routers, firewalls, IP phones, wireless devices).
• Climb towers to install or replace equipment up to 300 feet.
• Learn and use company software and related systems.
• Occasional after-hours or standby/on-call shifts within 60 minutes.
