Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage last mile drop and in-home/business network equipment.
• Troubleshoot faults and resolve customer complaints.
• Create and maintain network documentation.
• Use monitoring tools to identify and resolve issues.
• Assist with escalations to 2nd line support.
• Configure and install broadband services and devices.
