Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join the Palm Springs - Riverside, CA market. In this field-based role, you will deliver service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across Institutional business segments.

You will support customers, uphold Ecolab Brand Standards, and collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver an enhanced customer experience and measurable outcomes. The role may involve travel within Southern California.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of service-related experience such as maintaining, troubleshooting and installing equipment.
• Current and valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions and help ensure brand standards are met.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory for first-time fix performance.
• Document all work performed accurately and timely.
• Communicate Ecolab's value to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness.
