Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Institutional team in the Los Angeles market. In this field role, you will deliver on-site service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for warewashing, laundry, and related systems.

You will support customers across Institutional segments, uphold Ecolab Brand Standards, and collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance the customer experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available.
• Overnight shifts and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions during visits to ensure Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to support first-time fix performance.
• Document all work accurately and timely.
• Communicate Ecolab's value to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness.
