Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join the Los Angeles market, supporting institutional customers with installation, maintenance, and service delivery. The role involves travel within the LA region and surrounding areas, performing preventive maintenance and repairs, while upholding Ecolab Brand Standards and delivering superior customer outcomes.

The position includes paid training, a company vehicle for business use, and access to a comprehensive benefits package starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License with no restrictions is required.
• Overnight shift availability and emergency call support may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests and scheduled work orders reliably.
• Evaluate account conditions during visits and maintain Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory for first-time fix performance.
• Document all work accurately and timely.
