Job summary

Join Ecolab in Sacramento, CA as a Field Service Technician. You will deliver high-quality service across warewashing, laundry, and dispensing systems, performing installations, maintenance, and timely issue resolution to support Institutional customers.

This field-based role involves travel within the Sacramento market, a 10-hour shift schedule, and being part of a team focused on safety, reliability, and customer outcomes. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other work orders.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle and support first-time fix performance.
• Provide service-intensive support to customers and ensure Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
