Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in the New England market. This field-based role delivers consistent, high-quality service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for Institutional customers across multiple segments.

You will support inventory, documentation, and collaboration with sales and service teams to ensure safety and customer outcomes. Overnight shift availability and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• Position requires a current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions during each visit and proactively take action to help ensure customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle and support first-time fix performance.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab's total value to customers and strengthen customer relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness and deliver a consistent customer experience.
