Job summary

ECOLAB is seeking a Field Service Technician to service clients in the New England market. This field-based role requires travel across Massachusetts and Rhode Island to install, repair, and maintain warewashing, laundry, and dispensing equipment, while upholding ECOLAB Brand Standards and delivering excellent customer outcomes.

You will receive a company vehicle, paid training, and access to a comprehensive benefits package starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment.
• Current, valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and be available for emergency callouts.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support across the market, including aligned and centralized customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changes, and planned/unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions during visits and help ensure brand standards are met.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a stocked vehicle and support first-time fixes.
• Document all work accurately and communicate value to customers.
