Job summary

Ecolab's Institutional team is hiring to support customer success across hospitality, foodservice, long-term care, and government sectors with science-based guidance in cleanliness and public health.

This field-based role involves installing and maintaining warewashing and laundry equipment, handling emergencies, stocking vehicles, documenting work, and collaborating with sales and operations to deliver a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of service-related experience (maintenance, troubleshooting, installation).
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• No immigration sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to aligned and centralized customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment.
• Complete emergency service requests and planned/unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions and help customers meet Ecolab brand standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory; maintain a stocked vehicle.
• Document all work accurately and timely.
• Communicate Ecolab's value to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness and deliver a consistent customer experience.
