Ecolab's Field Service Technician in the Denver market delivers reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across Institutional business sectors. This field-based role requires travel to Denver, Fort Collins, and surrounding areas, with a schedule that includes overnight shifts and on-call support.

You will work with sales and service teams to ensure safety standards, maximize first-time fix rates, and build strong customer relationships while representing Ecolab's brand

Qualifications

• Two years of service-related experience.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders reliably and efficiently.
• Evaluate account conditions during each visit and proactively take action to help ensure customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle, maximize effectiveness, and support first-time fix performance.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab’s total value to customers and strengthen customer relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness, reduce friction, and deliver a consistent customer experience.
