Job summary

The technician will interact with service, sales, and management to ensure superior service delivery and customer care. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of industry experience, an associate degree or technical training, and complete manufacturer core basics plus

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Associates degree or equivalent technical training preferred.
• Successful completion of Manufacturer Core Basics.
• Two manufacturer training classes completed.

Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment uptime through timely repair and customer training.
• Manage resources to achieve financial targets and value for customers.
• Analyze customer needs and influence sales opportunities.
• Communicate professionally with customers, field service, sales, and management.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Provide feedback with call close details, parts usage and meter readings.
• Support UBEO BUSINESS SERVICES and service organization.
