Job summary

UBEO Business Services in Charleston, SC seeks a Field Service Master Technician to join our team. This master level role covers the full range of UBEO's office equipment service, with emphasis on troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer satisfaction.

You'll lead field service activities, coordinate with sales and management, train junior technicians, and ensure accurate reporting of parts usage and meter readings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Associate degree or technical training.
• A+ Certification (or equivalent experience).
• 6 Manufacturer Training Classes.

Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment up-time through timely repair and customer training to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with the development of FSATs and FSTs assigned to Field Service Team through technical assistance and product symptom/solution sharing.
• Manage the utilization of assets and resources to achieve targeted financial results and create value for UBEO and customers.
• Analyze customer needs, recognize business opportunities, and influence sales volume growth.
• Communicate with customers, field service, sales, management, and administration in a courteous, positive, and professional manner.
• Complete all administrative aspects of the job on time and accurately.
• Provide accurate feedback with call close information, parts usage reporting, and meter readings.
• Perform other activities that support UBEO and our service organization.
