Job summary

UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team. This intermediate level role covers maintenance and repair of office product equipment and aims to uphold a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products.

You will maximize equipment uptime through timely repairs, analyze customer needs, and collaborate with field service, sales, and management to support UBEO's service

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Associates degree or equivalent technical training preferred.
• Successful completion of Manufacturer Core Basics and 2 Manufacturer Training Classes.
• 2–5 years industry or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment uptime through timely repair and customer training to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage assets and resources to achieve financial results and value for UBEO.
• Analyze customer needs, identify opportunities, and influence sales volume growth.
• Communicate with customers, field service, sales, management and administration professionally.
• Complete all administrative aspects on time and accurately.
• Provide accurate feedback with call close information and parts usage reporting.
• Perform other activities that support UBEO and the service organization.
