Lippert is seeking an Assistant Service Technician to join our field team. This full-time role supports servicing existing accounts by traveling to customer facilities across the Tampa Bay/Sarasota region, performing installations and tests, and resolving issues.

You will work offsite at customer sites, with shifts around 40 hours weekly, occasional weekend work, and travel up to 100%. Candidates need a high school diploma and 1–3 years experience; strong problem solving and communication are

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or related associates degree.
• One to three years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.

Responsabilités

• Assists Service Tech to serve existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
• Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests.
• Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
• Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
• Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
• Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
