Job summary

Lippert is seeking a dedicated service technician to support existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning travel, testing and resolving issues at customer sites. You will establish service by coordinating parts, performing installations and acceptance tests, and maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift and move items over 50 pounds and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning daily travel, investigating complaints, conducting tests, and resolving problems.
• Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components; completing installation and acceptance tests.
• Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints and identifying solutions; recommending system improvements.
• Documents service actions by completing forms, logs, and records.
