Job summary

Lippert is seeking a service technician to support customer accounts across Indiana and Michigan. You will analyze work orders, plan daily travel, and perform testing, installation, and repairs at customer sites.

This role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or associate degree, and the ability to read and interpret documents. Travel will be frequent and eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.

• Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions.

Responsibilities

• Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning travel, investigating complaints, conducting tests, and resolving problems.
• Establishes service by studying system requirements, ordering components, completing installation, and performing tests.
• Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints and suggesting improvements.
• Keeps personal equipment operating by following instructions and performing preventive maintenance.
• Documents service actions by completing forms, reports, logs.
• Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
