Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Field Service Technician in Arizona for full-time work, servicing customer facilities, diagnosing issues, installing components, and performing tests. You will travel to customer sites, manage schedules, and resolve problems while maintaining strong customer rapport.

Requirements include a high school diploma or associate degree and 1–3 years of related experience; ability to read documents; and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or related Associate degree required.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders and planning daily travel.
• Investigates complaints, conducts tests, resolves problems and documents actions.
• Maintains rapport with customers; identifies solutions and suggests improvements.
• Performs installation, testing and preventative maintenance; orders components.
• Keeps equipment operating by following instructions and servicing as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality of service information and reports.
