Job summary

Xerox is seeking an Onsite Service Technician in Indianapolis to join a growing Technical Services team. You will use electromechanical skills to diagnose and repair devices, manage client communications, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining inventory and service levels.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, mobility for field work, and strong reliability with a focus on safety around electrical components.

Qualifications

• Electromechanical experience including using a multi-meter to troubleshoot electrical circuits and reading schematics.
• Strong time management and reliability; punctual, dependable, and deadline-driven.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive much of the day.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to clients and manage calls within SLA.
• Use electromechanical skills to repair devices; training provided.
• Be the primary customer contact and manage equipment inventories.
• Communicate equipment status and coordinate with Xerox personnel on-site.
• Deliver customer training on assigned products to improve end-user knowledge.
