Qualifications

• Electro-mechanical experience including using a multi-meter to troubleshoot electrical circuits and read schematics.
• Superior time management and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to clients; ensure devices work correctly and customers receive top-notch service.
• Use electro-mechanical skills to repair devices; Xerox provides training via instructors and online/in-house courses.
• Achieve productivity goals: 5 gross calls/day, 50% fix rate, 2–4 hour response, minimize parts costs.
