Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Field Service Technician for hands-on field service on installed critical power systems in the Edgerton, Wisconsin area. You will lead start-up, testing, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of power distribution and automation equipment at customer sites, often traveling to client locations.

You will collaborate with the local Field Service team and TPS headquarters to ensure installations meet safety, quality, and performance standards while delivering high-value

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on preventive and predictive maintenance on power distribution and control equipment.
• Experience installing, maintaining, testing, and repairing switchgear, breakers, transformers, ATS, and related equipment.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and electrical codes (CSA, NFPA, UL).
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, email; mobile apps for field tasks.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead start-up, testing, and commissioning of low- and medium-voltage switchgear and ATS.
• Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs for installed-base customers.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting on paralleling switchgear, ATS, control systems, and related equipment.
• Complete field projects on schedule meeting safety, quality, and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with Field Service team and TPS HQ for alignment and excellence.
• Provide timely follow-up and maintain customer/vendor relationships.
