DEX Imaging in Elgin, Illinois is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain copiers, printers, and multifunction devices at customer sites. You’ll troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues, install and test equipment, and ensure timely service calls while delivering strong customer support.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoot, and repair office technology equipment, including copiers, printers, and multifunction devices
• Perform preventive maintenance and complete routine service calls
• Install, configure, and test equipment at customer locations
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support during onsite visits
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair updates clearly
• Manage assigned territory and service schedule efficiently
• Work independently while remaining connected to a supportive service team
• Continue developing knowledge of office technology and service procedures
