Raymond West is seeking a dynamic Field Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, and repair material handling equipment at customer sites throughout California. You’ll work independently with a company van and gas card, while collaborating with a service team to deliver reliable warehouse solutions.

The role requires practical mechanical skills, the ability to read technical manuals, and strong communication to explain options to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years breakdown/field service experience preferred.
• Must read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service Raymond West equipment at customer sites.
• Update skills and participate in ongoing training.
• Train other technicians as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Communicate options to customers before proceeding.
• Maintain accurate time and paperwork.
• Travel daily within assigned territories with company vehicle.
• Pass Raymond Certification and maintain driving record.
