Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a Field Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, and repair material handling equipment at customer locations. The role includes travel with a company vehicle and gas card, and requires prior mechanical work experience.

Based in the Fresno area, you will join a team dedicated to maintaining uptime for customers in a dynamic, field-based position. The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of breakdown or equivalent service experience,

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Excellent Organizational Time Management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Repair all types of equipment that Raymond West sells and services.
• Update training and skills on a continuing basis.
• Train other employees as needed.
• Maintain a profitable billing level.
• Follow all Service Department procedures.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
