Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a dynamic Field Service Technician to service, troubleshoot and repair all makes of material handling equipment at customer locations. A company van and gas card are provided, with opportunities for ongoing training and career growth.

The role requires strong mechanical abilities, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the Service team. Daily travel is required with occasional out-of-town assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years breakdown or service experience.
• Must have strong mechanical abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to travel daily and occasionally out of town.

Responsibilities

• Repair all types of equipment Raymond West sells.
• Update training and share knowledge with team.
• Train other employees as needed.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory.
• Communicate options to customers before work.
• Complete paperwork neatly and timely.
• Keep vehicle clean and organized.
